If any party or legal practitioner of a case desires to submit a written pleading note to the case presented  before the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, such a written pleading note may, prior to Two days before presenting the case before the bench, be submitted and the bench may, as per necessity, ask for such a pleading note.
